How does this differ from the construction software we already pay for?

Procore, Newforma, BIM 360 and similar platforms hold your project data. They don't reduce the office labor that runs on top of it. We configure AI agents that operate against the data layer those platforms already provide — assembling submittals, drafting change orders, surfacing aging items — instead of replacing the platform itself.

Accepted Answer

$5M to $50M annual revenue running 8+ active commercial projects. The submittal volume + change order documentation + service contract management adds up to office labor that's hit the ceiling on a single coordinator. Smaller firms are usually fine with their existing setup.

Do we need to be on a specific project software for this to work?

Accepted Answer

Reasonable data export from your project management system is the requirement. Most modern platforms (Procore, Newforma, BIM 360, Buildertrend, etc.) work cleanly. If your project files live in paper and Excel, that data substrate needs to come up first — that's a separate engagement.

What about the office staff doing this work today?

Accepted Answer

They become the agent's reviewer and the relationship-holder with the engineer + GC. The work they were doing manually — cut-sheet matching, compliance matrix population, redline parsing — becomes review work instead of production work. Same person, three times the throughput. We don't sell this to firms that want to reduce headcount.
